Beading Tips

Beading is a great way to do something creative.. It doesn't have to be hard. You can easily make your own beaded ascessories. Here are several tips.

1 Space the beads, it makes your project look professional.

Many projects require a spacer bead. There are two ways to accomplish this - make a simple knot between your beads, or insert a spacer bead.

2 A beading board will help you stay organized.

3 Cut enough strin.

4 Match string color to the colors of your beading project.

5 Beads can be heavy some strings stretch.

Hang your project for couple of days, then do the final knotting or attach clasps.

6 Secure the ends well.

these sound like great tips - for someone who's never done beading, by reading the tips I get a better feel for what this craft entails. I like the beware-of-cat advice too, I can just see my own cat scattering beads or other crafts about, LoL!
