If you read this blog you know what an impact that heart disease has had on my family. My husband has had two heart bypass surgeries in a year. I am always willing to promote anything that will help fight heart disease and keep people for experiencing what we have.
I was just made aware of FreshPromise.net. This site has been put together by Chiquita, Fresh Express and the American Heart Assoc. The purpose of FreshPromise.net it to raise awareness of heart disease and the American Heart Assoc. Go Red for Women campaign.
There is currently a campaign going on where specially marked packages of Chiquita and Fresh Express products earn points. These points can be donated to the American Heart Association. During Feb. they will be doubled. If you have time please visit FreshPromise.net and check it out.
