Happy Earth Day

Today is Earth Day. When you think about it, it's kind of pitiful that we have to be reminded to take care of the place we live. Everyone on this planet has a self interest in keeping the earth a viable and enjoyable place to live. I guess we forget to look at the big picture sometimes. I have made a commitment to using solar cooking as much as I can. What have you done to improve the environment lately?
