What a Nightmare

I've been trying to help a friend with his computer. He had a computer full of music and pictures but the computer was bogged down. He decided to buy an external hard drive and move it all to free up space. He moved it all, then erased everything. THEN he checked the portable drive. You guessed it, it wasn't there. I sent him to Disk Doctors, I hope it works out. At least it wasn't on his Mac, I don't know a thing about Mac memory. Of course, after this, he may never use his PC again.
