My husband and I spent some time today looking for drug addiction rehab information. He has been on pain medication since he developed the problem with his back last July. We both knew that he would become addicted but there was no other way to help his pain. His heart attack and bypass surgery in November prevented them from doing back surgery.
Things are moving along now and we are looking at The Canyon for drug addiction help. They have a fabulous reputation for a holistic approach to both drug and alcohol treatment. It is in a beautiful setting and I think he will need a place like that that will be very peaceful. He would go through detox first and then into addiction treatment. We will be relieved when this is behind us.
