Twitter Addicted

I have developed a new addiction. I twitter all day! At first I couldn't imagine why I would want to post 140 character tweets about what I was doing or thinking. And I couldn't imagine why I would want to read other people's tweets. But now I realize that it is a fun form of social interaction and I have met some great people. You can also be on top of news, current events and anything else faster than a news organization. The plane crash in the Hudson was on twitter almost instant. And if you don't like news you can hear about great deals.

They're Gone!

This is the time of year that all Florida residents love. We have the place all to ourselves! The spring breakers are back at school. The snowbirds have migrated back to their summer homes. It isn't time for summer vacations to start yet. That means that the full time residents are just about the only people here. You can even get into any restaurant without a wait. It won't last long but I love it while it does last.
