An Opportunity

The recession has meant job losses for a lot of people. I admire the ones who have turned that around and used it to pursue a new career. With the advent of online universities such as Western Governors Online University, you can get an online degree completely by studying from home at your own pace.

IT, or information technology, is still a growing industry with lots of opportunities. You can get an online IT degree from WGU and have all of the skills that employers are looking for. They offer accredited bachelors degree programs that you can work around your schedule. They are based on the latest industry standards and incorporate recognized certifications.

Always Something

It seems like there is always something that my husband has me searching for on the web. He hears about something or gets and idea that he wants a particular item and then asks me to do the research for him. He has had me looking for everything from Ferrari parts to hot sauces. I don't know if he really doesn't understand how to do searches or if he just doesn't want to admit that he does. It's probably the latter.

Making Progress

We're making progress with the kitchen renovation. The drywall contractor just showed up. His work should be the last of the really messy part. I will be glad to be able to take the plastic sheets off everything and clean up the grit. Everything has a fine coating of dirt even though it's been covered. I don't know how it gets underneath the covers but it does. I keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end when I have my new kitchen.
